A hot chocolate made with Valrhona Dulcey chocolate, Clément Faugier's chestnut paste pureé, and fresh tangerine zest, then decorated with Chantilly cream, chestnuts vermicelli and candied chestnuts. (Note: An alcohol option with Bacardi dark rum will be offered for dine-in only.)
Served with a Ladurée chestnut macaron or another flavour of your choice.
