This hot chocolate is inspired by the signature Ladurée brioche used to make the famous Ladurée French Toast. It is a blend of 70% dark chocolate and caramel chocolate infused with the flavour of the brioche.
Served with a choice of:
1) Ladurée limited edition brioche flavour macaron: brioche flavour macaron shell with slivered almonds, filled with Opalys/Dulcey white chocolate with hints of vanilla, orange, lemon and butter.
2) A slice of Ladurée signature French Toast served with a choice of chantilly, honey, jam or maple syrup on the side. (Additional fee: $10. Only available between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Preparation time 15 minutes.)
#92 - SAINT HONORE VANILLA CARAMEL

This hot chocolate is inspired by one of the most famous French desserts - Saint Honoré cake - also one of Ladurée's classic and all time favourites. The drink is a blend of 70% dark chocolate and caramel, decorated with miniature vanilla choux pastries gently coated with caramel nappage, vanilla chantilly and caramelized almond flakes.
Served on the side: Ladurée vanilla macaron, or your choice of macaron from our daily selection.
#93 - PLAISIR SUCRÉ (vegan)

This hot chocolate is inspired by one of Ladurée's most famous cakes, Plaisir Sucré. A blend of dark chocolate, hazelnuts and almond milk. Decorated with vegan Chantilly, caramelized hazelnuts and dark chocolate copeaux. Served with a Ladurée hazelnut vegan macaron.
