This drink (and combo) can be best described as an experimental take on a classic. We created a pandan white chocolate paste, mixed that with your milk of choice and topped it with ube-coated shredded coconut.

On the side is another experimental take on a classic: a marbled ube pandan shortbread cookie.

Taking the bold taste of Thai tea and mixing it with a high-quality chocolate sauce to create a velvety new take on a hot chocolate, it is then topped with a Thai tea dust.

Served with a sesame cookie.
