A set of 3 components consists of a creamy mascarpone cup, a rich, dark & sweet chocolate and a house-made, handcrafted tiramisu ball rolled in cocoa powder. This concept represents a reimagined drink-dessert where you could either add mascarpone and the tiramisu ball to cream up your chocolate, or enjoy your cup of chocolate while snacking on the tiramisu ball. Every combination lets you savour your treat and discover new, balanced flavours.
Served with a traditional Madeleine.

A new concept of molecular gastronomy with the exploding hot chocolate spheres! Using a blend of calcium lactate and sodium alginate, this technique encapsulates rich liquid chocolate inside a delicate sphere that would burst open when pressed against – a playful, exciting twist!
Served with a traditional Madeleine.
