Hot white chocolate infused with pomegranate, cherry compote, and port, crowned with an angel-hair mousse angel cake sitting on a torched meringue halo. A sophisticated indulgence that tastes like a blissful delight.

Paired with a Figgy Ume Cruffin: butter-flaked cruffin filled with fig and ume plum reduction, finished with spun angel hair. A golden bite of East-meets-West serenity.

#004 – Brie My Swiss Valentine

Available January 30 – February 14, 2026

Hot bittersweet cocoa entwined with molten brie and Swiss, torched cheddar brûlée and passion-mango marshmallow. A sultry twist where fondue meets dessert.

Served alongside a Pear Brûlée Blue Cheese Tart: caramelized pear over whipped blue cheese infused with cinnamon and candied ginger bits on flaky puff pastry. Sweet, smoky, and quietly sophisticated.
