Inspired by the moustache-like hot chocolate foam you get with every sip. Orange and pistachio condensed milk with steamed hot chocolate, dusted with pistachio powder.
Served with a chocolate pistachio cantucci.
Giovane is inspired by the modern Italian caffe offering a combination of classics such as macchiato and traditional cappuccino, along with modern iterations like marocchino, shakerato and caffe al pistachio. The food offerings consist of Italian-inspired sandwiches and salads, along with pastries and various other Italian specialty products.
With the back section of Giovane you will find a pop-up pasta factory and restaurant in Pastificio di Luigi - the sister of award-winning Ask For Luigi restaurant in Railtown.
Further to this, there is an Italian alimentary stocked with specialty products along with house-made, fresh pasta and sauces to take home.
