This year's Hot Chocolate theme at Doughgirls was inspired by legendary, courageous women. Revolutionaries and Rough Riders of their time, Annie Oakley and Adela Velarde Pérez blazed their own paths, stood up for their beliefs and raised up a movement of strong women around them. Like the Doughgirls, they were Sweet, Salty and Spicy!

Inspired by the legendary sharpshooter, known for her sweet and salty personality, this milk hot chocolate is infused with salty butter toffee and candied ginger.
Accompanied by Doughgirls' signature Annie Oakley Cookie and Little Sure-Shot Turtle.

Inspired by Adela Velarde Pérez, the brave Mexican revolutionary, this bold, dark chocolate is infused with raspberry and chipotle.
Accompanied by Alegria de Amaranto and Cocada (Mexican Confections).
Inspired by a 1940s theme, the Doughgirls bring fresh, made-from-scratch food, artisan baking, and old time desserts to Wesbrook Village, UBC.
Timeless favourites like Mom’s chocolate cake, Shepherd's Pie, Cornish Pasties, King Ranch Chicken, and Southern Buttermilk Biscuits will comfort the soul. You can eat in or take it to go. Our grab to go meals are prepared fresh, then frozen, so you can take and bake at your leisure (and create those incredible smells in your own kitchen).
According to Rose and Thuy, the Doughgirls themselves, it’s “Down home done right”.
