Encapsulating the sweet and savoury flavours that bring comfort with the changing leaves. Roasted butternut squash and brown butter blended with caramelized white chocolate, topped with chantilly, cardamom caramel and candied pumpkin seeds.
Served with our Pumpkin Cake Petit Four.

To warm the soul in the cold winter months. Dark hot chocolate blended with a house made mulled wine reduction, aniseed marshmallow and black currant caramel.

Brighter flavours to welcome the the brighter days ahead. Lemon infused guava and oolong white hot chocolate, finished in chantilly and lemon curd.

Flavours to savour in the height of the on-the-go sunny season. A dairy-free blend of dark chocolate, raspberries, and almond butter, steamed with almond milk.
