Take a trip far away from the ordinary with a white hot chocolate infused with cardamom and orange blossom. Topped with a house made cardamom flavoured marshmallow. Pair this with a very special Baklava Kouign Amann. Our signature, buttery and brilliantly crunchy Kouign Amann, stuffed with pistachios and walnuts, soaked in cardamom and orange blossom infused honey syrup.

Strawberry hot chocolate made with rich dark chocolate and fresh strawberry puree. Topped with our signature chocolate brownie. Pair this with a Strawberry Chocolate Polar Bear Claw. Our classic, flaky and buttery croissant dough in the shape of bear claws, filled with rich chocolate frangipane and house made local strawberry preserves.
