Using a fave Aussie treat – the lamington – as inspiration, this dark chocolate, coconut and sponge cake drink is topped with vanilla whip and punctuated with a light raspberry coulis.
Served with a mini lamington – a classic sponge cake with a layer of house-made raspberry jam in the middle. Coated in chocolate icing and rolled in coconut shavings.

A dream white hot chocolate mixed with house-made carrot cake syrup, brimming with warm spices. Topped with a cream cheese whip.
