LEARN HOW TO MAKE HOT CHOCOLATES AND COOKIES – ITALIAN STYLE!
To celebrate the 8th Annual Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival we have asked the Vancouver Italian Cultural Centre to share their secret on how to make a perfect cup of traditional Italian Hot Chocolate. As our partner they have created, especially for the Festival, three workshops that will not only cover hot chocolate making but also the cookies that are traditionally paired with it.
Participants will get a taste of classic Italian hot chocolate and learn a few new ways to spice it up, as well as learn how to make cookies from scratch using a traditional Italian recipe. The class is hands-on and there are only 12 spots per class.
The class will be repeated three times:
Sunday, January 21: 2-4 p.m.
Monday, January 29: 6.30-8.30 p.m.
Sunday, February 4: 2-4 p.m.
Tickets are 35$ per class.
All information and ticket purchase is available here.
You can also find the class dates in our Hot Chocolate Calendar of Events.

To show us better options for homemade hot chocolate, the Vegan Supply company (located in the heart of Chinatown at 250 East Pender Street) will be conducting special product tastings from their stock of best local and vegan chocolate suppliers during the Hot Chocolate Festival.
