Hot chocolate made with Li Chu 64% Chocolate (a single origin from Vietnam).
Served with a coffee madeleine and a chocolate-dipped, bay leaf-infused ganache. Available: January 19 – January 29

Hot chocolate made with Marañón Chocolate’s unique Fortunato #4 (a 68% dark chocolate from Peru.
Served with a beignet and a No. 4 chocolate tablette.
Available: January 30 – February 12
