Soirette is a magical jewel-box bakeshop situated in beautiful Coal Harbour, Vancouver. The shop specializes in hand-crafted Parisian Macarons and cakes, while carrying an exquisite selection of loose leaf teas. Soirette also runs its Signature High Tea Service every weekend. Soirette serves organic espresso drinks and pure hot-chocolate, made from a house blend of dark and milk French couverture chocolate.

Owner Shobna Kannusamy unintentionally fell in love with the baking process while procrastinating in university during countless sessions of midnight baking – it was calming and magical to her. The simple act of creating something with love that put a smile on the faces of those who received it was priceless! She decided then and there to pursue the art of pastry-making and eventually create a magical place where she could develop and share luxurious desserts, focusing on the Parisian macaron as her creative outlet.
