ABOUT CHOCOLATE ARTS

Chocolate Arts craft chocolates daily in small batches using the finest ingredients available. Their creations begin with the very best raw chocolate from producers in France, many of which are single origin chocolates. Each they prize for its unique flavor, aroma, and characteristics. Most purees and dried fruits, all essences, concentrates and flavoured alcohols are housemade.

Chocolate Arts has always been committed to sustainable and organic agriculture. Most produce they add is locally grown, nurtured by organic growers who approach their craft with the same passion as Chocolate Arts does. Many of their creations highlight British Columbia’s tasty harvest of wild blackberries, raspberries, cranberries, blueberries, hazelnuts, pears, pumpkins and peaches. They strive to create chocolates that truly do capture the spirit and flavor of British Columbia and the Pacific West Coast.
