This traditional Colombian hot chocolate, spiced with notes of cinnamon and cloves, honours the heritage of one of Bella Gelateria’s Maestros. With the use of CasaLuker’s Palenque 70% authentic Colombian Chocolate, customers will experience a truly unique Colombian experience. Made with Avalon milk.
Served with a traditional Pandebono (Colombian cheese bread.)

#11 – “EL DORADO
The Latin inspiration continues with Callebaut’s finest Belgium White Chocolate slow cooked to golden caramelization. With the meticulous care in its preparation, it truly embodies its name “The Golden One”, both in look and flavour. Finally, it is topped off with a homemade, salted Dulce de Leche chantilly cream and gold flakes. Made with Avalon organic milk.
Paired with a sweet and salty Dulce de Leche-flavoured shortbread.
